Terms and Conditions for the Holy Apostolic Assyrian Catholic Church of the East - Mar Yosip Khnanisho Parish’s Annual Christmas Festival Raffle

 

1. By entering the Raffle, all entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
    

2. All tickets must be received by the Holy Apostolic Assyrian Catholic Church of the East - Mar Yosip Khnanisho Parish by the drawing date to be eligible for the drawing.
    

3. Full payment for each ticket must be received by the Holy Apostolic Assyrian Catholic Church of the East - Mar Yosip Khnanisho Parish before the ticket can be entered into the draw. Only tickets for which full payment has been received are eligible to win a prize.
    

4. Each ticket will be entered separately in the drawing. Each ticket has a separate and equal chance to win the Disneyland Tickets or specified prize.
    

5. All entrants are solely responsible for providing their accurate and up‐to‐date contact details. The Holy Apostolic Assyrian Catholic Church of the East - Mar Yosip Khnanisho Parish will in no way be liable for any failure or inability to contact any entrant due to errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the contact details provided. In the event that an entrant changes their contact details, they will be solely responsible for advising the Holy Apostolic Assyrian Catholic Church of the East - Mar Yosip Khnanisho Parish of the change.
    

6. The winner shall receive the Disneyland Tickets as a prize or any additional prizes listed on the Raffle page.
    

7. The winner shall be the person named on the ticket. Tickets are non‐transferable.
    

8. The Holy Apostolic Assyrian Catholic Church of the East - Mar Yosip Khnanisho Parish’s Annual Raffle is a reverse drawing. The winner will be determined by the last eligible number drawn.
    

9. Winners do not have to be present to win. If not present, winner notification will be made by telephone, mail, or e‐mail.
    

10. Tickets are generally sold in numerical sequence. Various staff members may have batches of tickets, and in this case, tickets may be sold out of order. Requests for a specific ticket number are accommodated if possible.
     

11. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
     

12. Winners shall provide all relevant tax details to enable the Holy Apostolic Assyrian Catholic Church of the East - Mar Yosip Khnanisho Parish to file a W‐2. The Holy Apostolic Assyrian Catholic Church of the East - Mar Yosip Khnanisho Parish shall file a form W‐2G with the IRS to report the value of the prize won and taxes to be paid by the winner. The winner will receive a copy.
     

13. In the event the Raffle Prize is lost, damaged, destroyed, or otherwise not available, the Holy Apostolic Assyrian Catholic Church of the East - Mar Yosip Khnanisho Parish’s liability shall be limited to a refund of the ticket price to participants. The Holy Apostolic Assyrian Catholic Church of the East - Mar Yosip Khnanisho Parish’s liability for any other claim is limited to a refund of ticket prices.
     

14. Winners agree to the use of their name or photograph and statements for publicity purposes by the Holy Apostolic Assyrian Catholic Church of the East - Mar Yosip Khnanisho Parish and agree to sign a publicity release without any further compensation.
     

15. The Holy Apostolic Assyrian Catholic Church of the East - Mar Yosip Khnanisho Parish reserves the right to cancel this contest at any time, in which event its liability is limited to refunding ticket prices to participants. Model year and vehicle options advertised are based on availability.
     

16. Any person who engages in conduct designed to corrupt the outcome of a charitable gaming activity with the purpose to defraud, or knowing that they are facilitating a fraud, may be guilty of a felony or misdemeanor.
     

17. All proceeds benefit the Holy Apostolic Assyrian Catholic Church of the East - Mar Yosip Khnanisho Parish charity endeavors, which is a 501(c)(3).
     

18. These Official Contest Rules may not be waived, modified, or supplemented except by the Holy Apostolic Assyrian Catholic Church of the East - Mar Yosip Khnanisho Parish. No modification of these official contest rules shall be enforceable unless made by the Holy Apostolic Assyrian Catholic Church of the East - Mar Yosip Khnanisho Parish.
     

19. The Holy Apostolic Assyrian Catholic Church of the East - Mar Yosip Khnanisho Parish’s Annual Raffle is conducted to raise funds in support of charitable initiatives and community programs. While the raffle is a form of gambling, participants are encouraged to gamble responsibly and with the understanding that their contributions aid a meaningful cause.
     

20. Any complaints relating to the Holy Apostolic Assyrian Catholic Church of the East - Mar Yosip Khnanisho Parish’s Annual Raffle should be sent in writing to the Holy Apostolic Assyrian Catholic Church of the East - Mar Yosip Khnanisho Parish, providing full details of the complaint and supporting documentation.
